To enroll in one of ASDAM’s programs, Applicant must go through the Screening phase first.

  1. Applicants can contact our Delegate in the home country. Otherwise,
  2. Download and complete the candidates CV template
  3. Download and complete the registration form
  4. Email both, the registration form and CV to the agent in the home country or to info@asdamconsult.com.

If all documents are in order and can be examined without further process, result of the Screening phase will be given within 10 working days after receiving the required documents.

English Language is always an add value as some employers in Germany use English in their communication.  The candidate should be able to demonstrate an English Language qualification of minimum 4.5/5.0 IELTS, or proof of English medium of study.

The German Language structure is formed of six main levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. The German Employers as well as the German Embassy/Consulate in the home country require the level of German Language depending on the candidate’s profession or job placement program of interest. (Please check with the local Delegate in the home country for further details).

The Employer in Germany might support the candidate by offering the candidate German Language further training after employment.

No, ASDAM does not conduct German Language training course in house, but can supervise and lead the candidate. with (Please refer to “German Language Training” under “Services”).

You can select one of the following options to enroll in a German Language Training Program:

  1. Join our partner, FUU, the German Educational & Recruitment Group with a live, approved and certified trainer online from Germany (check with our delegate/agent in the home country for further details).
  2. Join an alternative online educational platform for the same program with a live German Language teacher. (Check with the delegate/agent in the home country for more details).
  3. Join one of the private language institutions in the home country for the language training under the guidance and supervision of our official delegate/agent in the home country.

The German Embassy/Consulate in the home country grants the candidate the employment visa only after passing the German Language recognized and approved test by the German Government for the required level such as:

  1. Goethe Institut in the home country or,
  2. ECL (European Consortium for the Certificate of Attainment in Modern Languages) provided by our partner, FUU, German Educational and Recruitment Group.

Our German Language Training programs are designed to be flexible to accommodate all preferences.

During the German Language training program, the official tests start from B1-level upwards, while the levels A1 and A2 require only an assessment and participation certificate from the training program provider.

The German Language test certificate is handed over to the candidate depending on the test provider policy, usually within 3-4 weeks of the test.

The German Language test can be repeated as often as necessary, provided that the candidate takes care of any additional fees and expenses involved.

No, ASDAM and its Delegate(s) in the home country help and support in preparation of the candidate’s file and book an interview appointment at the German Embassy/Consulate only.  The candidate must attend the interview alone with all the required application and supporting documents.

Interviews at the German Embassy/consulate in the home country are usually held in German language for language skills verification.

No, the local Delegate in the home country will guide the candidate and ensure that s/he is well informed and prepared to pay the visa fees directly to the German Embassy/Consulate in the home country.

No, the fees are fixed and well-studied for all the programs indicated.

No, scholarships are not planned for now. 

Candidates holding Bachelor degree and above are required to process their Qualifications Equivalency before employment in Germany.  Our partners in Germany will take care of this process with the relevant authority upon receiving the required documents. Please check with the Delegate or Agent in the home country for the process and related fees or contact us at info@asdamconsult.com for details.

Qualifications Equivalency can be initiated in parallel with the German Language Training program, provided that the candidates commits to the Delegate/Agent policy in the home country.

For the Bachelor degree and above holders, the duration of the qualifications equivalency process, in order to maintain the “Statement of Comparability”, takes 2-3 months, provided that all the candidate’s required documents are in place. 

Demand for skilled and certified specialists and professionals is high in Germany (Hundreds of thousands each year) and programs are drawn up based on this demand. Therefore, this situation will not arise. We guarantee placement provided that:

The candidate is selected for any of the programs indicated.

The candidate’s credentials and qualifications are genuine, translated into German language and attested duly by the relevant official authorities and the German Embassy/Consulate in the home country.

The candidate passes the required level of the German Language Training program by a recognized and approved test provider.

Job offer/contract is achieved only after finalizing the candidate’s qualifications equivalency process and obtaining the “Statement of Comparability” from the German related authority.  The job offer itself takes a minimum of one month to secure.

No, you could have more than one job offer, where you will have the opportunity to choose from.

Permanent residency, its renewals and citizenship directly related to the German authorities.  It is a case-by-case and not standard.  Usually, if the candidate’s file has no serious violations and paying the taxes on regular basis, then the permanent residency should not take more than 3 years.

The candidate’s monthly salary and benefits are usually according to the German Labour law, polices and regulations. The average salaries in Germany for the university graduates’ jobs domain ranges between Euros 4,000 – 8,000, for example, the minimum monthly salary of an IT graduate is Euros 5,000.  Generally, the monthly salary is well influenced by the following factors:

  • The German employer and province/city.
  • The candidate’s major of studies and qualifications
  • Number of years of experience
  • Candidate’s age
  • The candidate’s qualifications equivalency certificate (Statement of Comparability)
  • Being single or married candidate

A married candidate with kids (how many kids).

Yes, usually and according to the German law and regulations, any new employee or recruit will be provided with a 6 months of probation period for both sides, the employee and the employer, during which the employee can submit his/her resignation and leave the job on immediate notice, provided that the employee has secured an alternative.

 

On the other hand, if the employee has already completed the 6-months of probation, the employee has to submit his/her resignation and serve the notice according to the signed contract with the employer.

The German Labor law is always applied across the entire country and all different natures of companies, jobs and manufacturers.  A new employee will be under probation for six months period, during which a proper training will be provided and the candidate might be put through B2-level of German Language Training.

Yes, relocation services are provided by our partners in Germany based on case by case request due to different costs involved in different provinces or stated in Germany.  The relocation services will be calculated and provided to the candidate through ASDAM’s delegate/agent in the home country upon the candidate’s request and will be arranged after the candidate’s approval and payment.
