Job Placement for Professionals

Job placement lies at the core of ASDAM’s operations, as the growing shortage of qualified and skilled workers in Germany has become an increasingly serious and concerning issue. This shortage not only hampers businesses but also threatens the success of crucial future endeavors, such as the energy transition, digitization, and infrastructure development. The demand for skilled workers, especially in the manufacturing sectors driving Germany’s export economy, continues to rise.

Recent surveys indicate that 67% of electrical equipment manufacturers and 67% of mechanical engineering companies struggle to fill vacancies. In the automotive industry, 65% of companies reported labor shortages.

To address this escalating issue, ASDAM has dedicated its resources to developing job placement programs that target and recruit required professionals in various domains, including:

German Dual Education

High school graduates and those with experience and no high school diploma are not excluded from excellent opportunities in Germany. The Dual Work & Study Program offers a unique chance for high school leavers, even those without a high school diploma but with experience, to gain both education and work experience in Germany. The primary goal of this program is to provide potential candidates with the opportunity to enroll in the Work & Study Program, which guarantees job placement in their chosen major upon successful completion of the program. The German Dual Education Program is a distinctive educational model that allows candidates to study and work simultaneously, earning a monthly salary during the program. This arrangement offers the candidate the opportunity to support themselves financially while gaining valuable practical experience in their chosen field. By participating in the German Dual Education Program, candidates can access a well-rounded education and employment experience that prepares them for a successful career in Germany, ultimately contributing to the country's skilled workforce and economic growth.
